Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), the business data you put into Meridian (customers, jobs, invoices, schedules, payroll records, and similar), payment metadata via Stripe, and standard usage and diagnostic data needed to keep the Service running.

We collect only what we need to operate the Service. We do not buy personal data from third parties to enrich your account.

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional messages (such as invoices, receipts, and dispatch notifications on your behalf), provide support, and keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

AI features run on a zero-retention provider. Your data is not used to train models, and inputs and outputs are not retained by the provider beyond the duration of the request.

AI is used to assist with tasks like drafting messages and summarizing records. You remain in control of what is sent and what is saved.

We rely on a small set of vetted providers (for example: hosting, database, email, SMS, payments, and AI) strictly to operate the Service. Each is bound by data-protection terms.

The current list is maintained on our sub-processors page, and we update it as our infrastructure evolves.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Strict multi-tenant isolation keeps one business from accessing another’s data.

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Email privacy@meridiancloud.app and we will respond promptly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and operational obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

Meridian Cloud is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
