- Accounting depth. Zoho Books is mature double-entry with fixed-asset tracking, multi-entity consolidation, and tax support across 50 countries. We sync to QuickBooks today; heavy GL in v1.x.
- CRM depth. Zoho CRM is 20 years deep. If you run an inside sales team with a 12-stage SaaS pipeline, you'll feel the gap.
- Ecosystem breadth. Books, Mail, Desk, Campaigns, Recruit, Sign, Survey, SalesIQ, Inventory… 50+ apps. We won't match raw app count.
- Global reach. Zoho ships in 50 countries with multi-currency, multi-language. We're US-first.

The actual pitch.
- UX. By a mile. Zoho FSM looks and feels like 2014 enterprise software. Ours is one codebase, one design language, shadcn-quality polish. Demo decides this on its own.
- Mobile. Zoho's FSM mobile app is famously weak. Ours is native Expo, feature parity with web, one login. Field-staff retention runs on this.
- Vertical focus. We polish moving, HVAC, and cleaning at launch: industry templates, vertical-specific custom fields, working setup in 10 minutes.
- Customer-facing surface. Zoho FSM has no branded customer mini-site. We ship the mini-site + portal + branded transactional pages, all included free.
